Biography
Kelly has a strong interest in caring for her community. She has worked as a primary care provider in Hilo since 2013, where she specialized in wound care and the assessment of arterial and venous disease. Kelly has recently joined Hilo Medical Center’s Vascular Surgery Team and is excited to help develop an outpatient wound program in the near future.
